We promise to keep you feeling safe by:

• Giving a warm welcome at a distance
• Patrolling our site to monitor guest activity
• Operating a cashless system
• Offering the option for take away catering so you can enjoy your food outside.

What we ask of you in return to show you care:

• Keep one metres away from other guests
• Wash your hands for 20 seconds after using facilities
• Use the hand sanitiser dispensers at every opportunity
• The gardens are used by people with different abilities, please be courteous
• Please do not visit the garden if you are showing symptoms or are self-isolating due to COVID-19

 

 

Your safety at Cowden Japanese Garden

• Wear suitable footwear
• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times and accompanied when using the bridge and zigzag walkways
• During extreme weather we may close the gardens in the interest of public safety
• Report any safety incidents or concerns to our team
• Follow safety information displayed throughout the gardens.
