There will be a senior member of staff in the Garden at all times should you have any concerns or wish to discuss any changes we could make to enhance your enjoyment. The Charity has restricted the number of tickets per day to ensure no more than 150 visitors in the Garden at any one time. We want to ensure that all our visitors are able to enjoy the gardens tranquil and beautiful surroundings at their leisure.

Visitors should note when accessing areas in the garden by narrow bridges and stepping stones they do this at their own risk and should only do so if they feel able. All paths have alternative routes.

Please note that access to the garden is via 800m single track road with passing places. If following a SAT NAV and approaching the garden from the West please do not turn left in the village of Dollar. Please travel through Dollar until you are directed by the brown signs to turn left off the A91. Please drive very carefully when approaching the garden as there will be cars leaving the garden and when leaving the garden please turn right to return you to the A91.

All tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
